Gascoigne is celebrating 50 years as a bowyer and 21 years of KG Archery. The first bow Keith produced was the KG
Nemesis named after the goddess of divine retribution, very soon to follow was
the Paragon the world’s first all carbon bow handle this bow has won many
awards starting with the 1993 UK Rural Development Innovation award for the use
of Carbon in a bow handle. The Paragon Carbon
handle with KG Carbon Limbs combination went on to win both Silver and Gold
medals in the Paralympic games in Atlanta 1996 Sydney 2000 and in Athens 2004
Gold again.
We will be given a tour of the Factory showing construction
of Olympic standard bows and arrows, followed by a mini tournament in the
indoor practice range.
